What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications
- Degree-level education (Finance, Economics, or related business fields)
- Professional qualification
- Membership of an appropriate professional body
Experience
- Track record of delivery in business process re-engineering and system implementation within the trading, settlement, and risk management areas within an Investment bank
- Middle Office, Front Office, or Business Analysis experience in risk management roles or business change for financial products
- Overall (end-to-end) understanding and working experiences of M&A
- International experiences in financial service environment
Skills
- Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
- Writing and reviewing Functional Designs
- Ability to lead and manage Functional and User Acceptance Testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
- Strong conceptual and practical knowledge of Market Risk
- Knowledge of product specification - Strong Excel and VBA knowledge applicable to financial markets
- Financial Services Vendor Systems such as Murex or Calypso
