The company has more than 200 engineers working in multidisciplinary teams and holds multiple global patents in mmWave radar sensors and IPs which enable the development of custom products for mobility and autonomous driving systems. The Romania Engineering Center is based in Bucharest and is the company’s excellence center in the automotive domain, aiming to bring talents with deep expertise in this field specifically, the automotive world being an addition to the other disciplines included in their products portfolio.

Your new role

• Technical responsibility for the system architecture for ADAS / AD
• Analysis of customer requirements (internal & external) and evaluations with regard to technical feasibility
• Breakdown of requirements
• Definition of the system boundaries and system interfaces
• Ensure robustness (built in quality), performance, safety and security aspects within the system design

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Physics) or comparable training
• 10+ years of experience of which at least 5 years in the automotive industry
• Strong experience with AUTOSAR
• Strong experience with system, HW or SW design, ideally for embedded solutions and in the automotive industry
• Project Leadership experience with HW or SW teams
• Experience in ADAS / AD domain and complex ECU development
• SysML know-how
• Enterprise Architect and Codebeamer optional
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen, with the ability to explain your proposed solutions to the team
• Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
• German language skills are a plus
