Your new role

As a Solution Architect you will:

• Communicate effectively with management, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Design and implement robust and scalable architectural solutions that meet business and technical requirements
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies for projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s technology strategy
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all architectural solutions
• Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
• Review solutions and technical designs to ensure compliance with quality, performance, and security standards
• Guide and mentor technical teams in applying best practices in development and architecture
• Continuously identify and promote opportunities for process and technology improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Automation and Computers)

• Proven experience in delivering IT solutions, systems administration, or a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of modern technologies and frameworks such as microservices, cloud computing, DevOps, relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure architecture; cloud expertise is a plus
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
• Background in system administration with knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Basic understanding of networking, security, identity management systems, Active Directory, and databases
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing high-level support and analysis
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
