Your new role

• Responsible for timely and in compliance with all relevant regulations execution of the accounting activities for Romania (A/P, A/R, G/L, T&E, Payroll accounting, expenses accounting, Closing, Group Reporting, and Statutory Reporting inclusive),
• Perform the accounting activities with the use of ERP MS Dynamics D365,
• Deliver month end closings and year end closings, timely and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including preparation of necessary accruals, reserves, revision of month end results,
• Prepare and deliver monthly and annual financial reporting to the HQ under internal (reporting platform) in accordance with Group requirements and Group Reporting Calendar,
• Ensure compliance with Group Accounting principles & corporate requirements.
• Prepare and submit in a timely and compliant matter tax and administrative reporting including but not limited to tax declarations, annual financial statements, national statistic reports, SAF-T file and other reports required by the regulations, based on D365 data.
• Supervise the local TP file and benchmark analysis preparation, filling and submission to tax authorities

What you'll need to succeed

• Master’s degree in finance or similar
• Accounting Certificate (CECCAR) - a plus
• 5 years of experience in in accounting of an international company
• English Proficiency
• MS Dynamics 365 experience - a plus
• Understanding of local accounting and taxation, requirements
• Experience in pharma industry (CHC) or FMCG is a plus
