Controlling documents register
• Advising Project Managers and subcontractors when new documents are available
• Issuing documents internally and externally as requested
• Keeping the projects up to date in respect of documentation
• Receiving documents from the Project Managers, other Colleagues, and external companies for classification into projects folders
• Undertaking document transmittals to send documents to relevant parties
• Liaising with Project Managers to ensure documents remain current on the relevant projects
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Continually monitor and review, in detail costs and values of the works at hand
• Perform financial forecasting and report to the project director any deviations from the budget and/or cash flow
• Perform financial control of supplies and services contracts within the project
• Ensure that the financial reports are produced and submitted in line with the company's reporting timetable.
• Attend regular review and financial control meetings
• Liaise with the Site Managers to ensure cross control
• Perform management of Risk and contract variations control
• Attend Project Review and Production Meetings• Assisting in/with the setting up of projects administrative procedures
What you'll need to succeed • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering/ construction
• At least 3 years of working experience within engineering/ construction environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Languages: English essential
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
