To assist the O&M Planner/O&M Site Supervisor to organize/arrange local subcontractors.
To assist the O&M Planner/O&M Site Supervisor to prepare and update the annual Preventive Maintenance Schedule based on the contractual needs.
To assist the O&M Planner/O&M Site Supervisor deal with the Corrective Maintenance works/ repairs.In case of in-house O&M to assist in sourcing personnel and arrange the organization set-up.
To be able to conduct the site induction to any visitor or working party on siteTo attend site for keyholding responsibilities (e.g., for Client site visits or security company patrol services if required).
To grant access to 3rd party contractors and supervise them while they are working on site.
To work on the FAC punch lists of the project and pursue the FAC certificate.

To assist O&M Planner/O&M Site Supervisor to manage single power plants or a portfolio of power plants, ensuring that all O&M works are undertaken in accordance with the agreed contractual scope.
To liaise with the site technicians for the several works, either PM or CM.
To attend side for fault investigations or meet site technicians if required.
To assist in managing (open/close/update) fault tickets, keeping contractual obligations.
To be able to understand Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RAMS) for onsite works, review them for 3rd party contactors works or even draft/write new ones when dealing for inhouse O&M services, with the help of the relative HSE (Health & Safety) Manager.
To assist O&M Planner/O&M Site Supervisor in equipment/ tooling orders from suppliers and maintain their calibration record needs and insurance policy.
To assist updating any CMMS platform used by the O&M and liaise with site technicians or 3rd party contractors in order to ensure they are filling in the information required into the CMMS or other platforms.
To assist the data analyst/ reporting team produce the site monthly reports for all sites by considering the site incidents every month and preparing their summaries or gathering their summaries/ reports from 3rd party contractors or site technicians.
To monitor closer the sites portfolio during working days and hours, additionally to the control room team.
To exchange data/ interact with the customer (ask or provide) and discuss about monitoring platform/ SCADA System improvements/ corrections may be required
