For our partner, a well-established company in Romania’s industrial equipment manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Bulgarian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Customer Care team in Bucharest.
Your new role
Callout:
- Handling urgent calls and dispatching technicians with all necessary details.
- Managing emergency situations and communicating with passengers stuck in elevators.
- Providing clear instructions and empathetic support in dangerous situations.
Inbound:
- Responding to customer calls and messages within SLA.
- Resolving requests and logging complaints.
- Updating customer data and redirecting complex cases.
Outbound:
- Conducting post-intervention surveys and welcome calls.
- Periodically contacting customers and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Handling requests as an inbound agent and maintaining data accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
- Clear communication, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer relations or call centre.
- PC skills, English – intermediate/advanced level, and Bulgarian – advanced level.
