We are recruiting for a Master Data Specialist role on behalf of our client, one of Romania’s leading companies in the processing of oilseeds. The company provides ingredients, products, and industrial services in a responsible and sustainable way, contributing to the development of the vegetable oils, proteins, and renewable energy sectors.

Your new role

• Manage master data governance processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Create, modify, and delete master data according to defined procedures
• Support the development of business reports and analyses
• Administer and update master data in ERP systems
• Perform regular data quality checks and correct identified errors
• Provide training and support to internal users on master data processes

What you'll need to succeed

• University degree in Economics, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Master Data, Data Management, or similar roles
• Solid ERP knowledge (SAP MDG, Oracle, JDE, or similar systems)
• Experience in data governance and quality management
• Medium-level English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial data and online banking systems

• Responsibility and accuracy in data processing
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Analytical thinking and risk anticipation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
