Your new role

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Log service requests and dispatch technicians for unplanned maintenance and safety situations.
• Provide clear guidance to customers during emergency situations (e.g. entrapments).
• Resolve general queries, log complaints, and update customer data.
• Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls.
• Support marketing campaigns and assist in onboarding new clients.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication skills in local language(s), written and spoken.
• Basic IT skills (PC and Office tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, follow procedures, and solve problems effectively.
