Our dynamic and growing partner company is looking for candidates for Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative
position with hybrid working in Budapest. They are launching a new project and building up a brand-new team for which you might be the perfect candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Be in contact with vendors and customers via chat and email
- Solve the incoming questions and requests of customers
- Cooperate with customers, vendors and internal teams
- Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level
Requirements:- Fluency in Norwegian and intermediate English knowledge
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Customer-centered mindset and excellent communication skills
