As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving the discovery and analysis efforts for both new product initiatives and enhancements to existing offerings. Your critical thinking skills will help shape and clarify the “what” and “what if,” ensuring strategic goals are translated into clear, actionable deliverables.
Your contributions will make an impact through:
- Leading and supporting New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle improvements.
- Partnering with Product Managers to gather, define, and refine both business and technical requirements.
- Advocating for the customer perspective throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Applying Design Thinking methodologies to elevate the customer experience in product design.
- Ensuring all business requirements—functional and non-functional—are well-defined, prioritized, and traceable for delivery teams.
- Translating stakeholder needs, user journeys, and problem statements into actionable outcomes.
- Driving timely and high-quality delivery of business requirements using SAFe methodology and prioritization techniques such as MoSCoW and WSJF.
- Maintaining traceability throughout project execution to support compliance and risk management.
- Continuously enhancing business analysis practices and methodologies.
- Contributing to service transformation and commercialization efforts across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in New Product Development (NPD) and product lifecycle management.
- Strong expertise in process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and customer journey design.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks such as ITIL (a plus).
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
Nice to Have - Experience with customer journey mapping and customer experience (CX) frameworks.
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
