Customer Service Agent with Bulgarian

For our partner, a well-established company in Romania’s industrial equipment manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Bulgarian-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Customer Care team in Bucharest.
Ideal Profile: Clear communication, empathy, and attention to detail. Experience in customer relations or call centre. PC skills, English – intermediate/advanced level, and Bulgarian – advanced level.

Job Description
Callout:
  • Handling emergency calls and dispatching technicians with all necessary details;
  • Managing emergency situations and communicating with passengers stuck in elevators;
  • Providing clear instructions and empathetic support in dangerous situations.
Inbound:
  • Responding to customer calls and messages within SLA;
  • Resolving requests and logging complaints;
  • Updating customer data and redirecting complex cases.
Outbound:
  • Conducting post-intervention surveys and welcome calls;
  • Periodically contacting customers and supporting marketing campaigns;
  • Handling requests as an Inbound agent and maintaining data accuracy.
