Looking for an experienced Business Unit Manager for a Romanian company who offers solutions and services that support the development, efficiency and sustainability of electrical installation systems in all industrial segments.

Your new role
In the position of Business Unit Manager, you will lead, organise, and coordinate the business unit's activities from a technical, economic, financial, and human resources perspective, in accordance with the company's development strategy.

Main responsibilities include or are related to:
1. Strategic development and implementation.
2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
3. Team Management & Projects Management.
4. Management of budget and financial resources.



What you'll need to succeed
  • Higher education in the electrical/energy field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in management positions;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • PC operation skills (Microsoft Office, SAP or similar);
  • Commercial skills;
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills;
  • Management competencies;
  • Sociability, teamwork skills;
  • Results-oriented and customer and people-oriented;
  • Category B driving license;
  • Availability for travel.
