For our client, a global leader in medical and safety technology, with over 130 years of experience, we’re hiring a Tender Specialist.
Location: Bucharest | Hybrid Work-short Friday model

Join us as a Tender Specialist and play a key role in securing strategic contracts through public procurement processes.
Contract Details: Individual employment contract for 2 years, with possibility of extension
What You’ll Do
✔ Monitor public procurement platforms (SICAP) for opportunities
✔ Analyse tender documentation and identify requirements
✔ Prepare and submit complete offers (administrative, technical, financial)
✔ Communicate with contracting authorities and manage clarifications
✔ Oversee post-tender stages and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For
✅ University degree (Law, Economics, or Technical preferred)
✅Preferred: Experience in the construction industry or medical devices sector
✅ 3–5 years of experience in public procurement (SICAP)
✅ Strong knowledge of procurement legislation (Law 98/2016, HG 395/2016)
✅ Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and MS Office proficiency
✅ Collaborative mindset and results-driven approach
✅ English -advanced
