• Manage civil and mechanical construction activities on site
• Support the Site Manager to meet scope, quality, safety, and schedule targets
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and Romanian standards
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and site progress
• Enforce site safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate QA/QC activities
• Prepare progress reports and support engineering and construction documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and site teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or Renewable Energy (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in construction and/or renewable energy projects
• Solar or photovoltaic project experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Romanian construction standards and regulations
• Experience leading site teams and subcontractors
• Knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, and cost control
• Familiarity with contracts and technical specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
• Strong communication skills and experience in international project environments
