Your new role

  • Introducerea programarilor confirmate in sistemul electronic al centrului de retail;
  • Monitorizarea in mod constant a indicatorilor de performanta a programarilor;
  • Programarea concediilor de odihna ale tehnicienilor conform cu documentele aprobate si actualizarea in sistemele interne.
  • Informarea managerilor cu privire la toate reintoarcerile in service si reparatiilor repetate; a urma procedurile in cazul reintoarcerilor in service si a reparatiilor repetate in vederea asigurarii unui tratament special in aceste situatii;
  • Completarea rapoartelor;
  • Actualizarea informatiilor in sistemul intern;
  • Gestionarea Centralei Telefonice si preluarea tuturor apelurilor ce au legatura cu service-ul;
  • Ofera consultanta clientilor.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Nivel de limba engleza conversational;
  • Studii finalizate;
  • Competente informatice;
  • Atitudine orientata catre client;
  • Abilități de comunicare;
  • Reprezinta avantaj experienta intr-un rol de call centre sau in zona administrativa.
