MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional requirements and technical requirements elicitation
Business/Functional Analysis
Supporting User Acceptance Testing
Creation of Project documentation – requirements and specifications.
Communication with English-speaking project stakeholders on the customer side
Build stakeholder consensus and ensure everyone is on the same page, in agreement, and can visualise the solution being proposed.
Be ready to perform Product Owner proxy responsibilities. (requirements clarification, creation and refinement, grooming facilitation)
Develop business cases, requirements, use cases
Post-Implementation support
Propose recommendations based on industry best practices
**EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE **
Must have:
Education: University degree in computer science, Information Systems or similar
5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst (marketing and sales is a huge plus)
Experience in gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, providing user training and support
Knowledge of business analysis best practices (ideally BABOK)
Knowledge of requirements lifecycle
Knowledge of software development process (Software Development lifecycle)
Knowledge and experience in software development methodologies (preferably Agile)
Understanding of modern WEB technologies
Experience with tools for Software management, Jira/Confluence, etc.
Advanced communication verbal and written skills
English: Upper-intermediate and higher
QA background will be a big plus.
