• Support the development of a high-performance and stable cloud platform based on OpenStack, with a focus on networking.
• Contribute to opensource projects (e.g. Open vSwitch/OVN/Linux Kernel/Openstack) by developing cloud networking features, improving performance, and fixing bugs.
• Conduct detailed troubleshooting and root cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions.
• Ensure efficient automation and continuous optimisation of technical process workflows.
• Implement comprehensive observability through metrics, tracing, and structured logging for rapid debugging and performance analysis.

• You have solid experience with Linux and Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and keep up to date with new developments in these areas.
• You have hands-on experience with Software Defined Networking technologies such as Open vSwitch/OVN and Calico.
• You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a structured approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
• You have experience in programming and scripting, particularly in C/C++, Python, or Bash.
• You have worked with virtualization and containerization environments and understand their practical applications.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, dynamic environment, especially where processes are still developing.
• You are a proactive team player and look for ways to drive growth for yourself and your team.
• Effective communicator, with the ability to clearly express complex ideas in both written and verbal formats.
