Your new company

We are looking for an Energy Efficiency Lead for a global company that provides services and solutions for telecom network deployment, optimization and de-carbonization, to act as the Group functional referent for all country-based Energy Efficiency Experts, defining the common framework, setting Group targets, developing shared tools and methodologies, and ensuring alignment across all markets. The ideal candidate will be able to define, deploy and steer the Group-wide energy efficiency strategy across all energy sources (solar, fuel, grid) for Group's telecom sites.

Your new role

• Serve as the Group functional referent for Energy Efficiency Experts in all subsidiaries, providing direction, guidance and support without direct hierarchical management.
• Define the Group framework for the energy efficiency: role standards, objectives, KPIs, tools and reporting formats.
• Coordinate regularly with country-based experts to share best practices, identify challenges and align on priorities.
• Ensure that locally managed experts are equipped with the resources, methodologies and knowledge needed to perform effectively.
• Define Group-level energy efficiency roadmap and targets and cascade them into country-level objectives in collaboration with local management.
• Provide feedback and participate in the discussions and decisions of solutions evaluation and performance.
• Lead and support Group-level energy audits and benchmarking exercises.
• Oversee the consolidation of energy performance data across all subsidiaries (solar production, fuel and grid consumption, source availability, interventions, etc.).
• Ensure data quality, consistency and regularity in Group-level energy databases.
• Monitor country-level action plans and follow up on execution and results.
• Design and deliver training programmes for country-based energy efficiency experts and local technical teams.
• Drive awareness and a culture of energy efficiency across Group's operations globally.

What you'll need to succeed

• Engineering degree or equivalent, with specialization in energy, electrotechnics or energy performance.
• Proven experience in the telecoms, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• High Experience in Energy systems (hybrid, solar, batteries, generator, etc.) and Energy Remote Monitoring.
• Advanced data analysis skills; ability to translate consumption data into structured performance reports and business recommendations.
• Experience in 2nd-line fault diagnosis and corrective action coordination.
• Leadership / Strategic Thinking / Analytical skills / Excellent communication / Reliability / Autonomy / Attention to detail / Dynamism / Proactivity / Dedication.
• Languages spoken: French & English.
