For one of our clients, a dynamic company in the food industry, committed to innovation and excellence, we are currently looking for an experienced Export Sales Specialist to join their team in Oradea.
Your new role
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for international markets
- Identify and attract new international clients and export markets
- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio
- Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, volumes, and delivery terms (Incoterms)
- Coordinate the commercial relationship with clients, from quotation to delivery and payment
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, quality)
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare sales reports
- Participate in international trade fairs and industry events
- Analyse the market and competition and propose actions to increase sales
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in international sales / export
- Proven experience in negotiation and managing international contracts
- Advanced English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, logistics, and commercial documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Strong results and target orientation
- Good command of MS Office / CRM / ERP systems
- Availability for international travel
- Reports to the Export Sales Department Manager
