What you'll need to succeed

Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, especially Excel, HR information systems)
Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
Knowledge of labour law and payroll issues is an advantage
High level of confidentiality and integrity.
Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
Ability to work independently and with remote management support.
