• Act as a hands-on Lead Data Engineer, responsible for designing and delivering data solutions and business tenancies on AWS & Snowflake within the new cloud data platform.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design modern, scalable, and automated data pipelines using emerging cloud technologies.
• Build, maintain, and optimise the cloud data platform (AWS/Snowflake) while supporting the migration from legacy on‑premise systems.
• Contribute to the rollout of a new cloud-based analytics platform, ensuring data quality, security, and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders across multiple international locations, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
• Drive best practices in architecture, automation, testing, and CI/CD within the data engineering ecosystem.

• Strong experience in designing and developing automated data pipelines and data architectures.
• 5+ years of Python programming experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Data Engineering experience with: Snowflake, SQL, DBT, Airflow
• 2+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Proven background working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as JIRA.
• Experience implementing automated testing for data pipelines.
• Practical experience supporting migrations from on‑premise systems to AWS & Snowflake.
• Up-to-date understanding of industry trends, cloud standards, and Data Engineering best practices.
• Experience operating within ITIL-based support environments (2nd/3rd line).
