For our client, a global food industry player, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team in Bucharest.

Your new role

• Development, implementation and maintenance of labor, compensation and benefits policies and procedures
• Participation in the development of policies and procedures in the field of remuneration and provision of benefits: remuneration policy, salary review procedure, etc.
• Participation in the development of the company's position structure
• Development, implementation and maintenance of the company's salary structure
• Development / optimization and implementation of bonus programs for employees
• Development and implementation of an employee retention program
• Development / optimization and maintenance of the system of social benefits
• Monitoring the level of employee satisfaction with the existing compensation system
• Optimization of payroll administration processes; participation in the automation of C&B processes
• Participation in planning and monitoring the execution of the budget of the HR Department in terms of labor costs, preparation of a Plan-factor analysis of payroll costs

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years experience in a similar HR position
• Excel knowledge at advanced user level
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Empathy, patience, involvement, ability to listen
• Strong communication, creative and critical thinking skills
• Open to work in a cross-functional environment, proactive attitude
• A team player and having the ability to work collaboratively
• Professional level in English
