We are currently searching for a Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of transformer stations and connection points
Your new company Our client, a strong and well‑established industry leader, is expanding its product management team.
Your new role • Manage the development, implementation and full lifecycle of transformer stations, ensuring alignment with market needs and company strategy. • Coordinate all product‑related project activities to meet performance, quality and commercial objectives. • Analyse market trends, customer expectations and competitive landscape to refine product positioning. • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations (IEC 62271, CE, ISO 50001, safety standards). • Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, production, quality, marketing and sales teams. • Review and validate technical documentation, pricing structures, cost analyses and business cases. • Support supply chain and production teams in ensuring product deliverability and performance. • Conduct data analysis to optimise product costs, margins and lifecycle performance. • Manage the design and development phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical requirements. • Coordinate with external suppliers and strategic partners for product development and improvements. • Identify lessons learnt and contribute to the continuous improvement of future product lines.
What you'll need to succeed • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Marketing, Business or a related field. • Master’s degree in Product Management, Industrial Marketing or Engineering – an advantage. • 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development or a similar technical‑commercial role. • Advanced knowledge of IEC, CE, ISO 50001 standards and electrical safety requirements. • Experience with ERP tools and market analysis software. • Data analysis, pricing and cost calculation experience. • Certifications in Agile, Scrum or Product Management – a plus.
