Our client is a global leader in enterprise asset management software, with +350 employees globally and 10x growth in 4 years.
They have recently consolidated into a single company-wide Salesforce instance and is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator to lead the improvement and adoption of our CRM.
Summary
This role will be the primary owner of the Salesforce application within the company, including development and enhancements, data integrity, documentation, and user enablement.
This will be a doer-manager role with potential for growth of ownership into additional systems.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration & Development
Gather business requirements and design solutions.
Configure and customise Salesforce and connected applications
Create workflows and automations
Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements
Perform testing of application functionality, including regression testing
Document changes and configuration
User administration
User Enablement
Train team members on Salesforce best practices
Ensure effective platform usage
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related user issues
Salesforce Data Ownership
Drive data quality initiatives to ensure CRM data is accurate and up-to-date
Ensure compliance with data governance standards.
Perform data imports, exports, and integrations with other tools
Create reports and dashboards in support of sales leadership and other stakeholders
Leadership & Collaboration
Act as the functional owner of Salesforce and related systems
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Implementation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
Preferred
Experience with CPQ and Conga
Experience working in a Salesforce implementation firm
DevOps Methodology work experience
Salesforce certification
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Automation
Experience developing Salesforce integrations
