  • Work cross-functionally with project management, procurement, and legal stakeholders to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and technical needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to resolve contract-related matters.
  • Prepare updates and insights on contract status, risks, and compliance for internal reporting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including revisions and supporting records, and assist with audit preparation.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by guiding colleagues on contract-related practices and requirements.

  • Familiarity with working on project-based contracts, including drafting and review processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of contractual principles and regulatory frameworks within the energy sector.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in standard office tools and contract management platforms.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and act proactively.
