Your new role
- Monitor and improve production processes to meet and sustain quality standards
- Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions
- Support NPI projects by validating prototypes, pre-series, and customer approvals (PPAP)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
- Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance performance
- Provide technical support for customer complaints, audits, and quality-related requests.
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing/industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and control plans
- Skills in root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
- Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
