• Manage grid connection design, submissions, and approvals.
• Supervise on-site activities during construction and commissioning
• Plan and manage daily site activities to meet project schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements
• Oversee quality control, non-conformance actions, and subcontractor performance
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project risks
• Supervise grid studies for solar and battery projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience leading site teams on renewable energy projects
• Strong knowledge of grid connection regulations and site safety requirements
• Solar PV experience preferred; battery projects an advantage
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Commercial and contractual awareness
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• International project experience preferred
• ANRE Certification (IIIrd or IVth Degree) is a plus
