We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Legal to lead and oversee all legal matters related to our partner’s operations, with a specific emphasis on public acquisition and high-value vendor negotiations.
Your new role
This strategic leadership role requires not only deep legal expertise, but also out-of-the-box thinking, business acumen, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and high-stakes legal negotiations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Background in both private practice and in-house legal counsel roles.
- Law degree from an accredited institution; Master’s or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in public acquisitions/public tenders and working with large market vendors.
- Strong understanding of procurement laws, competition regulations, and contract law.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop pragmatic legal solutions.
- Excellent management and leadership skills; experience leading high-performing legal teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and bring forward innovative legal strategies.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Strong commercial sense and ability to align legal support with business goals.
- English – Advanced.
