Our client, a well-known industry leader in renewable energy in Romania, is extending its team to Craiova.

Your new role

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the project specific HSSE documentation for the project (HSE Forms, RAMS, HSSE Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc.)
Liaises with managers regarding environmental and H&S issues.
Checking and preparing H&S weekly and monthly site reports and keeping on top of paperwork
Perform inspections on the construction site at least once per week to ensure compliance.
Collects all HSSE documentation from all Subcontractors.
Provide and inspect PPE, waste management equipment etc.
Leads accident and incident investigations.
Ensure training needs are identified, delivered, and monitored.
Promotes and maintains a zero-accident policy.
Ensure adequate welfare facilities always exist on site. Report defects and liaise with suppliers.
Direct the Head of Site Manager with the local H&S legislation.
Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
