Your new role
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Log service requests and dispatch technicians for unplanned maintenance and safety situations.
- Provide clear guidance to customers during emergency situations (e.g. entrapments).
- Resolve general queries, log complaints, and update customer data.
- Conduct customer surveys and follow-up calls.
- Support marketing campaigns and assist in onboarding new clients.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills in local language(s), written and spoken.
- Basic IT skills (PC and Office tools).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, follow procedures, and solve problems effectively.
