Our client, a well-known international presence in Romania, is extending its team in Quality Assurance, looking for a specialised Customer Quality Engineer.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
• Proven track record in handling PPAP documentation, including FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA, CPK, and Control Plans.
• Experience in managing and resolving customer quality complaints, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in using statistical software and quality tools for data analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other relevant quality management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives within a team-based environment.
• Customer-focused with the ability to manage client relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Additional language skills may be an advantage, depending on the customer base.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – advanced level
• Kaizen/5S/Six sigma – is an advantage.
