• Coordinate daily with external transport providers to ensure timely delivery and pickup of bottled oil orders.
• Liaise with third-party and in-house warehouses to optimize order fulfillment.
• Optimize load planning and monitor transport progress, managing any issues during transit.
• Maintain accurate transport records and documentation in SAP and Excel.
• Generate reports and support transport performance analysis.
• Collaborate with commercial, quality, and execution teams to plan deliveries.
• Manage logistics platforms and schedule loading/unloading slots.
• Issue transport contracts and orders.
• Participate in transport provider evaluations.
• Handle transport claims from initiation to resolution under manager supervision.

• Previous minimum 2 years of logistics working experience, preferably using SAP but other software is also acceptable.
• Good level of Excel usage and English language
• Good communication skills, responsible, attention to details.
