For our client, we are looking for a Managing Director for Romania.
Location: Bucharest
Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead its Romanian subsidiary. This role involves full P&L responsibility, strategic leadership, and operational oversight to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow the Romanian subsidiary in line with global strategy.
- Drive sustainable profitability and market share growth.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and innovation.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years in senior management, ideally in the medical device industry.
- Degree and relevant professional qualifications.
- Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English.
