For our client, an innovative and leading company in the design, development and sales of electric water heaters, electric heating appliances, indirectly heated water tanks and heat pump water heaters in Europe. We are looking for a Technical After Sales Coordinator based in Bucharest.
Your new role
- Work closely with the sales and marketing professionals to promote the company products, develop the business and ensure customer satisfaction through technical training and support to colleagues, customers, installers and end users;
- Provide tailored training, technical support and consultations to colleagues, customers and installers throughout the pre-sales, sales, installation, setting-up and aftersales service process across product categories with a focus on professional products in Romania and Republic of Moldova;
- Maintain contact with customers and installers to collect market feedback regarding product functionality, usability and overall quality, as well as about aftersales service quality and end user satisfaction;
- Manage and motivate the aftersales service partners to achieve set performance objectives and targets;
- Assist aftersales service partners, customers, installers and end users, as the case may be to resolve product malfunctioning, technical issues and complaints concerning company products or aftersales services;
- Oversee all aftersales services provided to customers and end users to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Review, analyse and validate service intervention reports on a monthly basis;
- Coordinate with other functions in the company to solve issues and complaints in the fastest manner and discuss common projects necessary for enhancing customer satisfaction;
- Propose improvements to the technical training and support, as well as the aftersales service processes, systems and tools.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in engineering or other technical major suitable for the position
- Professional experience of minimum 5 years in technical support and/or aftersales service
- A background in the field of heating, cooling, ventilation equipment, or domestic appliances will be considered an advantage
- Tenure in an international company or environment will also be preferred
- Excellent command of English
- Driving license
- Strong technical background and affinity
- Advanced computer skills; experience with SAP or a similar ERP system would be an advantage
- Strong customer orientation
- Well organised with a focus on details
- Self-starter and result-oriented
