Export Sales Specialist
For one of our clients, a dynamic company in the food industry, committed to innovation and excellence, we are currently looking for an experienced Export Sales Specialist to join their team in Oradea.

Your new role
  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for international markets
  • Identify and attract new international clients and export markets
  • Manage and grow the existing client portfolio
  • Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing, volumes, and delivery terms (Incoterms)
  • Coordinate the commercial relationship with clients, from quotation to delivery and payment
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, quality)
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare sales reports
  • Participate in international trade fairs and industry events
  • Analyse the market and competition and propose actions to increase sales


What you'll need to succeed
  • Relevant experience in international sales / export
  • Proven experience in negotiation and managing international contracts
  • Advanced English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, logistics, and commercial documentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong results and target orientation
  • Good command of MS Office / CRM / ERP systems
  • Availability for international travel
  • Reports to the Export Sales Department Manager
