The company is an international manufacturer of advanced cooling solutions for industrial engines and heavy‑duty equipment, with more than six decades of experience in designing and producing high‑performance heat exchangers and cooling systems.

Your new role

• Monitor and improve production processes to meet and sustain quality standards
• Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions
• Support NPI projects by validating prototypes, pre-series, and customer approvals (PPAP)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methods
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends, and implement solutions to enhance performance
• Provide technical support for customer complaints, audits, and quality-related requests.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing/industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and control plans
• Skills in root cause analysis methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
