Your New Role
As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the production team and overseeing manufacturing activities within your assigned area. You will ensure optimal production technologies are used, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to achieving company-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient workflow and output.
Optimise production processes and propose improvements in technology and operator workflows.
Monitor production performance, including scrap rates, quality deviations, and delivery timelines.
Develop and implement action plans based on non-conformities and customer complaints.
Ensure uninterrupted and efficient production flow within operational parameters.
Train team leaders and operators on production processes, organisation, and optimisation.
Ensure accurate and complete production documentation.
Participate in cross-functional collaboration with departments such as HR, Procurement, and other production units.
Provide technical support during prototype development, pilot runs, and serial production.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes
Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen methodologies is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to plan, organise, coordinate, and monitor activities effectively
Decision-making capability with accountability
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Team leadership and people development skills
Adaptability, proactive mindset, and resilience under pressure
