We are looking for a Customer Service Agent with Bulgarian to handle inbound, outbound, and callout activities with professionalism and empathy. In this role, you will:

What you’ll do:
  • Answer customer calls and messages within agreed SLAs.
  • Create and manage service callouts, dispatch technicians, and ensure safety in urgent situations.
  • Resolve customer queries, log complaints, and update customer data accurately.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, satisfaction surveys, and welcome calls for new customers.
  • Support marketing campaigns and identify potential sales leads.
