Your new role
Main objective of the job:
To perform backoffice after sales activities for the Power Tools division in Romania
Main attributions and responsibilities:
Customer support / end-user support:
Gives information about the spare parts orders (availability, delivery time, delivery document,
invoice, prices, transport issues etc.)
Initiates return procedures
Checks status of spare parts
Provides information about the repair orders (status, spare parts availability, cost, transport etc.)
Provides technical information about a repair
Order handling:
Creates spare parts orders
Generates invoices
Backorders / availability requests
Checks when certain spare parts are available
Claims, warranty exchange:
Check exchange cases in the internal tools
Identifies the exchanged tool, checks availability of the tool, checks delivery documents, gives
information when the tool was/will be delivered etc.
Reads, understands and applies the procedures from area of responsibility and other interdepartmental
procedures, applicable within the company;
