We’re looking for a results-driven professional to develop and manage an international client portfolio to drive sales growth in the commodities sector, through identifying new markets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the efficient execution of export operations.

Your New Role
Responsibilities
Drive international business development by identifying new markets, generating leads, and building strong relationships with global clients and partners.
Prospect and analyse international market opportunities, monitor industry trends and competition, and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence.
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand commercial opportunities.
Manage the full customer relationship cycle, including order handling, contract follow-up, client communication, and issue resolution in collaboration with internal teams. Negotiate commercial agreements within approved guidelines and support contract execution together with the Sales/Commercial Management team.
Ensure compliance with internal commercial policies, approved credit limits, and customer creditworthiness verification processes.
Coordinate closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time deliveries, compliant documentation, smooth operations, and successful contract completion.
Support the development of new products, packaging solutions, and logistics improvements aligned with customer and market needs.

Requirements
Strong negotiation and international B2B sales skills
Solid knowledge of export processes and international trade operations, including Incoterms, export documentation, logistics coordination, and payment terms
Strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented approach
Ability to analyse international markets and identify business opportunities
Strong commercial relationship management and client communication skills
Excellent organisational and operational coordination abilities
Effective communication skills with intercultural adaptability
English language proficiency is a must
Previous experience in export sales or international business development is considered a strong advantage.
