Your new role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will:

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct analysis to define specifications for the actual development of IT systems
• Ensure that the solutions developed by the project team meet the client’s business needs
• Prepare technical and business studies
• Create test scenarios and end-user documentation in line with project documentation
• Collect, detail, and document user requirements in a format usable by technical developers
• Analyze business processes and propose optimization solutions
• Review analysis documentation according to project standards
• Test newly developed functionalities before production deployment to ensure they meet the requested specifications
• Conduct acceptance testing
• Update, implement, and develop work procedures
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, software solution modeling, and implementation
• Solid knowledge of SQL and database systems
• Experience working with Java-based applications and Oracle databases (preferred)
• Familiarity with software development standards and methodologies
• Ability to understand technical language and concepts
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
• High moral and professional integrity
