For our client, a global food industry player, we are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to join their growing team in Bucharest

Your new role

• Advising colleagues on day to day legal matters;
• Identification and mitigation of legal risks;
• Drafting, review and enforcement of contracts;
• Representation of the Company in relations with third parties;
• Legal support and management of dispute resolution process;
• Compliance and regulatory matters in Romania;
• Improvement and optimization of legal processes by introducing standardized solutions.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years experience in a full service commercial law firm and/or FMCG company
• Law degree/ educational background as a lawyer
• Complete knowledge of the legal procedures and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong negotiation skills and strong work ethics
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information
• A team player and having the ability to work collaboratively
• Professional level in English
