The ideal candidate should be a results-oriented Production Manager with a strong focus on financial performance, organizational growth, and continuous process improvement.
Your new role
- Plans, organizes, coordinates, leads, and controls the productive activity of the production sections/workshops in accordance with all orders;
- Assigns tasks to subordinate staff;
- Plans and sets deadlines for all work carried out within the production department;
- Has direct responsibility for the professional training of subordinate staff;
- Is responsible for reviewing documentation and making any necessary changes if, in the case of a new project, the project engineer identifies discrepancies in the documentation received from the client;
- Establishes communication on production matters with the technical department, either directly or through the Technical Director;
- Is responsible for the overall conduct of production activities;
- Receives technical documentation for the parts to be produced;
- Reviews measurement sheet data from the Quality Department and makes decisions (together with the Quality Department Director) regarding product compliance;
- Upon product delivery, checks packaging and work instructions, where necessary;
- Ensures production is carried out according to execution schedules, aligned with customer requirements, contractual deadlines, and available resources.
What you'll need to succeed
- Education
– University degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Machine Building) - Required work experience
– Minimum 5 years in a similar position - Foreign language skills
– English language – intermediate/advanced level - Computer skills
– Microsoft Office – advanced level
