Your new role
Management of Company Cars Policy:
Understands and implements company car policy;
Keeps updated fleet file;
Schedules in time renewal of company vehicles working with the approved vendor.
Procurement of Goods & Services – Purchase Requisitions:
Responsible for managing the General Services Budget and make savings;
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Office/Facility Management:
Maintains physical space, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment, ensures problems are resolved quickly.
Main contact for outside contractors needed to resolve specialized problems.
What you'll need to succeed
Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and drive them through the end;
Very good knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint;
Attention to detail, precise and able to work with numbers;
Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an office administrator/office assistant or relevant role;
University graduate;
Fluency in English written & oral.
