For our client, a global food industry player, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team in Bucharest.
Your new role
- Development, implementation and maintenance of labor, compensation and benefits policies and procedures
- Participation in the development of policies and procedures in the field of remuneration and provision of benefits: remuneration policy, salary review procedure, etc.
- Participation in the development of the company's position structure
- Development, implementation and maintenance of the company's salary structure
- Development / optimization and implementation of bonus programs for employees
- Development and implementation of an employee retention program
- Development / optimization and maintenance of the system of social benefits
- Monitoring the level of employee satisfaction with the existing compensation system
- Optimization of payroll administration processes; participation in the automation of C&B processes
- Participation in planning and monitoring the execution of the budget of the HR Department in terms of labor costs, preparation of a Plan-factor analysis of payroll costs
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years experience in a similar HR position
- Excel knowledge at advanced user level
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Empathy, patience, involvement, ability to listen
- Strong communication, creative and critical thinking skills
- Open to work in a cross-functional environment, proactive attitude
- A team player and having the ability to work collaboratively
- Professional level in English
