For our client, a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company, having already a strong portfolio in the Romanian market, we are looking for a Responsible Person for their new office in Romania. The position is based in Bucharest.
Your new role
You will be responsible to
- Ensure that a quality management system is implemented and maintained
- Focus on the management of authorised activities and the accuracy and quality of records
- Coordinate and perform any recall operations for medicinal products
- Maintain the authorization for wholesale trade - medicinal products (dietary supplements and medical devices, if applicable)
- Keep GDP documentation up-to-date
- Ensure that self-inspections are performed at appropriate regular intervals following a prearranged programme and necessary corrective measures are put in place
- Approve any subcontracted activities which may impact on GDP
- Decide on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products;
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role in pharmaceutical market, preferably in consumer healthcare companies
- Strong understanding and knowledge of National Regulations, National Law and Code of Ethics and work in accordance with these regulations and law.
- Ethical approach towards business,
- Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to grow a new business
- English - Advanced
