Project Manager (Road Infrastructure)

Looking for an experienced Road Infrastructure Project Manager for a Turkish company who is currently involved in multiple road infrastructure projects in Romania,
Your new role
•Planning and Organization
•Creating a detailed project plan, including all the necessary stages and resources.
•Establishing a system for monitoring the progress of the works.
•Identifying and managing potential risks.
•Budgeting and Financial Control
•Elaborate on a detailed budget and monitoring expenses in order not to exceed the established limits.
•Negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
•Managing project changes and claims.
•Selecting and managing work teams, ensuring that each member has well-defined tasks.
•Facilitating effective communication between all parties involved in the project.
•Resolving conflicts and interpersonal problems.
•Implementing a quality control system to ensure that the work is executed according to specifications.
•Managing non-conformities and complaints.
•Maintaining communication and coordination with all stakeholders, including company headquarters, other departments within the company, construction sites, clients, designers, related governmental authorities, and related local authorities to align with the project’s success.
•Working in good coordination with other departments and to aid if needed in technical base.
•Collaborating in a good manner.
What you'll need to succeed
•Proven experience (at least 10 years of experience) in road construction. Preferably most of the mentioned time was experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
•Proven experience in construction projects with CNAIR represents an advantage.
•Bachelor’s degree in construction or road and bridge engineering.
•Eagerness to learn and to be successful.
•Ability to set up and conduct good communication within the team and all other parties related to the work and to convey instructions clearly.
•Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software, Management de Proiect software-uri: Primavera, BIM (Building Information Modeling) softwares etc.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure all reports and submissions are accurate and complete.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
•Holding driving license B
•Must have a combination of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage projects and adapt a change when needed.
•Leadership skills to motivate the team and obtaining constant feedback.
•Clarifying expectations and requirements, and risk management to anticipate problems
•Reporting to the up management for updates.
•Ensuring transparency in the work process.
