Your new role
As Regional Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading either one major regional project or several smaller projects simultaneously.
- Full leadership of assigned projects from a technical, organizational, legal, and financial perspective.
- Managing budgets, resources, schedules, and claims throughout all project phases.
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and internal standards.
- Supervising project teams and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in a technical field, ideally Civil Engineering – Roads, Bridges, and Railways (CFDP).
- Strong knowledge of contract management and contractual mechanisms
- Experience: 8–10 years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager, Project Director, Deputy Project Manager).
- Proven experience leading complex infrastructure projects
- Expertise in projects such as water & sewage systems, earthworks, special foundations, airport runways, and other high‑complexity works.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication skills and proven experience liaising with public authorities.
- Foreign language skills represent an advantage
