Medical Sales Representative – Bucharest Area

For our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a passionate and driven Medical Sales Representative to join their high‑performing team. The company is well established on the European market and is known for its strong commitment to quality, continuous innovation, and improving patients’ lives.
Location: Bucharest area
Your new role
In this role, you will:
- Promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with KOLs, pharmacists, and other key decision makers.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and increase product visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to the management team.
- Plan and organise daily field visits, manage space activity, and ensure the highest level of customer engagement.
- Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and professional events when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Min 3–5 years experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and planning skills.
- A proactive, results‑oriented mindset and customer-focused attitude.
- University degree is a strong advantage.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Good English knowledge and solid MS Office skills.
